Jump Start is an extensive range of templates for any new business plus specific templates needed for ICOs, crypto exchanges and electronic money license applications. The Package also includes 2 days of support from Diacle per month which will be provided by an Associate level consultant within Diacle.

Jump Start is designed to streamline the process of legal drafting and mitigating costs. Our templates do not substitute legal advice and we strongly advise a review of documents by local qualified legal practitioners to make sure the documents meet your particular circumstances and those of your jurisdiction.

Minimum of 6 months subscription for GBP7,500 a month (inc.
